Shipment costs are based on the total value of purchased items and delivery country as follows:

Please allow up to 1 business days for order processing before the items to be shipped. 

Delivery times are based on carriers' tables: any delivery problem due to wrong addresses or recipient name, recipient absence at the moment of delivery or customs lag can delay the delivery. Always complete your delivery address with a reachable telephone number.

Standard Shipping Conditions
Delivery times may exceed the table times for specific destinations (minor islands or remote areas).

Potential delays in delivery may occur during the following periods:
- Holidays: Christmas period, summer holidays, and national holidays.
- Extraordinary circumstances or unforeseen events not attributable to the distribution chain, including natural disasters, road disruptions due to strikes or public events, and institutional visits by public figures.

We employ the most suitable carrier based on the delivery destination to ensure timely and efficient service. Please note that carriers do not make deliveries on weekends, public holidays, or the days immediately preceding public holidays.

The cost of delivery will always be displayed in your shopping cart as you add items and before you confirm payment. Please always remember to re-check produtcs and shipping costs after you confirm your delivery address.

Remote areas

An extra delivery charge may apply in case of shipments to remote areas; you’ll be informed by e-mail if this extra cost apply to your delivery address and you will be asked to pay for this extra charge. If you don’t agree to pay the extra charge, you can cancel your order by e-mail within 24 hours and get refund for it. You can browse the list of remote areas here

Taxes

For purchases delivered outside the E.U tax area the Italian Vat rate (currently 22%) will be deducted during the checkout process. However, you are responsible for all your country’s local/national taxes due and any costs incurred pre-delivery (import duties included). Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can always decide to return the items within 14 days after receipt. In this case you must alert us immediately and send it back to us within 14 days after receipt. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Warranty

Any damages, wrong deliveries and shortages must be notified to us in writing at our contact address within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. It is essential all packaging is retained in these circumstances otherwise this will negate any action we can take to remedy the situation.

Security

Payment can be made through PayPal circuit or using the supported Credit Cards. Please note that your credit card information is never kept on the Miho Unexpected Shop servers. It is never at risk since it does not reside in any customer order history on Miho Unexpected Shop’s servers.
